Ruby & Tom

Ruby and Tom chose a late summer evening under the old fig trees at Red Hill, with the festoon lights coming on just as they reached each other. Their guests stood close on both sides, near enough to warm the rings in their hands. They finished their vows in the car on the drive down, then read them as if they had known the words for years.
